FACILITY USE REQUEST FORM

If you would like to request to use a Kermit ISD facility for your event, please follow these steps:

1. Download form

2. Fill out request

3. Turn in to respective campus administrator at least 3 business days prior to the date of the event

4. Event will be approved and scheduled appropriately
