We will be having Summer feeding at no cost for kids 18 and younger starting May 27th – May 30th  Monday-Friday and June 2nd  - June 19th  Mondays-Thursdays.  Breakfast will be from 7:30-8:00 AM and lunch is from 11:30-12:30 PM.  Meals will need to be eaten inside of the Elementary School Cafeteria.

complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged

about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter
