Kermit Junior High Rotary Student of the Month for May 2023
Azul Menendez de Leon, the daughter of Guadalupe de Leon Dominguez and Manuel Carlos Menendez, is the May Rotary Student of the Month for Kermit Junior High School.
Azul participates in volleyball, basketball, track, art and UIL. Her awards are 1st place in Spanish Oral Reading for UIL and artist of the year in Art.
Azul’s hobbies and interests are reading, drawing, and playing volleyball.
Her plans for the future are to attend college and study accounting and finance. She wants to own her own business like her sister.
