RETURNING STUDENTS to KERMIT ISD
Registration 2020-2021 - July 27, 2020
ATTENTION: NO ON-LINE REGISTRATION THIS YEAR
As Kermit ISD begins to register students for the 2020-2021 school year, returning students to the district MUST follow the steps below:
- Registration will be through a packet process this year.
- Any student that was enrolled on May 28, 2020 will receive an ENROLLMENT PACKET mailed from Kermit ISD by July 28, 2020.
- Each of the documents in the packet MUST be completed and returned to the campus by August 10, 2020. Please call the campus if dropping off the packets.
- An envelope with postage paid will be provided to return the information to Kermit ISD.
- ALL documents MUST have a Parent/Guardian signature for the enrollment process to be accepted.
- If you are a returning student and have already provided the campus with a proof of residency document, you will not be required to provide one at the time of enrollment for 2020-2021 school year. However, during our audit procedures, you may be required to provide a proof of residency form at a later date.
- Each campus secretary will have a check list of approved documents. If something is missing in the returned packet, you may receive a phone call to complete the registration paperwork.
- You WILL receive a phone call from the campus to inform the parent/guardian that your student is registered and able to attend school on August 24, 2020.

ESTUDIANTES QUE REGRESAN A KERMIT ISD
Matriculación 2020-2021 - 27 de Julio, 2020
ATENCIÓN: NO HAY MATRICULACIÓN EN LÍNEA ESTE AÑO
- Matriculación será realizará a través de un proceso de paquetes este año.
- Cualquier estudiante que se matriculó el 28 de mayo de 2020 recibirá un PAQUETE DE MATRICULACIÓN enviado por correo el 28 de julio de 2020.
- Cada uno de los documentos en el paquete DEBE completarse y devolverse al campus antes del 10 de agosto de 2020. Por favor llamar al campus si va a dejar el paquete.
- Se proporcionará un sobre con franqueo pagado para devolver la información a Kermit ISD.
- TODOS los documentos DEBEN tener una firma de Padre/Tutor para que el proceso de matriculación sea aceptado.
- Si es un estudiante que regresa y ya ha proporcionado al campus un documento de prueba de residencia, no se le solicitará que presente uno al momento de la Matriculación para el año escolar 2020-2021. Sin embargo, durante nuestros procedimientos de auditoría, es posible que deba proporcionar un formulario de prueba de residencia en una fecha posterior.
- Cada secretaria del campus tendrá una lista de verificación de los documentos aprobados. Si falta algo en el paquete devuelto, puede recibir una llamada telefónica para completar la documentación de matriculación.
- Usted RECIBIRÁ una llamada telefónica del campus para informar a los padres/tutores que su hijo está registrado y puede asistir a la escuela el 24 de agosto de 2020.
