K-Band UIL TSSEC Contest 2026
On Monday May 25th, six members of the Kermit High School K-Band performed at the UIL Texas Solo and Ensemble Contest (TSSEC) at Lehman High School in Kyle, Texas. Their brass sextet entitled "Canzone No. 4" earned a Division II (Silver) rating! Congratulations to Davian Olivas (Trumpet), Dillon Hayes (Trumpet), Aamiyah Gaona (French Horn), Ivan Fuentes (Trombone), Arai Prieto (Euphonium), and Jose Luis Aranda (Tuba) on their excellent performance at TSSEC!
