High School Rotary Student of the Month for February 2022
Karyna Valdez, the daughter of Imelda Valdez, is a Senior at Kermit High School. She is a member of the National Honor Society. Karyna has also been attending Early College High School classes since she was a freshman. Karyna is a member of the Student Council and participates in UIL academics each year.
Karyna is in the top 10% of the senior class for academics. She enjoys friends, family and listening to music. Karyna plans to attend the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in the Fall of 2022.
