📣📣 Attention KERMIT ISD Students and Parents 📣📣 Student Athletes and Marching Band Students, Get ready for the 2024- 2025 school year with your required physical 🏅 Date: May 9th, 2024 Time: During School Hours Location: Kermit High School - Practice Gym All incoming 7th - 12th grade students in athletics, band, cheer, and new-to-district athletes must have a new physical for the upcoming academic year to be eligible for UIL competitions. Don't miss out on this important step! UIL Forms, Drug Testing Forms, and Student Athlete Handbooks, are to be filled out online, using RankOne.com. Medical History will need to be filled out online AND on the UIL Physical and Medical History Form. Parents will have the option to print out the Pre-participation Physical Evaluation online, under the Download and Print Tab. Parents are encouraged to fill out the medical history portion on the PPE prior to printing. PPE Forms will be available in the Athletic Training Room and the Field House if needed. Thank you!! Remember, if your child doesn't have a valid physical on file by August 1, 2024, they won't be able to participate in after-school workouts.
