These girls have out in countless hours of hard work, early mornings, and tough training sessions to earn their spot on the platform! Now it’s time to step on the platform and represent our school! On Saturday, February 21st, 6 members of the Kermit High School 'K' Band performed as a sextet at the Region UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest in Andrews, TX. Their performance of "Canzone No. 4" by Giovanni Gabrielli earned a Division 1 rating and advanced to the UIL State Solo and Ensemble Contest! Congratulations to Dillon Hayes on Trumpet, Davian Olivas on Trumpet, Aamiyah Gaona on French Horn, Ivan Fuentes on Trombone, Arai Prieto on Baritone, and Jose Luis Aranda on Tuba for their superior performance!

Last week, the Kermit Tennis team travelled to Regan County to compete. Abel Urias and Josean Ramos finished in 3rd place in the boys' doubles! Congrats boys!!

Varsity Softball Going into Day 2 of the Midland Tournament

We want to inform you of an upcoming change to our school breakfast schedule. Beginning on February 23, 2026, breakfast will be moved from 1st period to 2nd period. This adjustment will allow us to support student learning better and ensure that all students have adequate time to enjoy their breakfast.
